In 2013, the Lofino family approached the Dayton Raiders to ask if they would take over operation of the defunct Beavercreek YMCA, which had gone bankrupt. The Raiders purchased the building and parent volunteers went to work tackling neglected facility upgrades. It has been owned and operated by the Dayton Raiders since and is home to:
- Dayton Raiders Swim Team
- Dayton Raider Swim Academy and Swim Lessons, including homeschool lessons, adaptive lessons, and swim team prep.
- ISR, Infant Safety Resource, Lessons.
- HS Swim Teams, including Beavercreek, Bellbrook, Miami Valley, Dayton Carroll
- Over 15 swim meets throughout the year.
- Dayton Area Sharks, Master's Swimming Team
- Open Swimming: Open to the community!
- Dayton Area Water Polo
- St. Christopher's Adult Day Care
- Red Cross Lifeguard/CPR Training

Open Swim:
Mon, Wed and Fri: 8:00am to 11:00 am
Tues and Thur: 10:00 am to 12 noon
For a coach-led team workout,
Masters (Dayton Area Sharks):
Mon, Wed and Fri: 6:30 am to 8:00 am
Sundays: 8:30 - 10:00 am

Thursday Dec 26: 2:30 pm - 4:30 pm
Monday Dec 30: 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm
Wednesday Jan 1: 12 noon to 2:00 pm (shared with masters swim practice)
Friday Jan 3: 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Master's is moved to 6:00-7:30am
Monday Jan 6 the schedule returns to normal (above), and we're all happy about that!
